Wedding: Erin & Kurt
I had the honor of photographing Erin and Kurt's wedding yesterday. Erin's a former co-worker of mine from Summit Energy--nothing like a little extra pressure =). Really, everyone from the bride and groom to the bridal party, the parents, everybody was fun and laid back and that just makes it so easy to make great pictures. I must have a store of good karma, because the good weather seems to follow me around! It was a bit on the hot side, but otherwise beautiful for a wedding. The ceremony was held at St. James Episcopal Church in Louisville, KY and the reception was at the Mellwood Arts & Entertainment Center--both beautiful sites and I'd love to work at either of those places again.

Hi Tony,
What an interesting blog! I'll be back from time to time to see more.
Back in my high school and university days, I played the organ for a lot of weddings. It's an interesting experience -- and for better or for worse (sorry about the humor), I learned a lot about human nature through my work. No doubt you do as well!
I'll be back from time to time to see more.

What a beautiful bride & groom! You are right Tony, it was the most beautiful day for their wedding and I am so honored I got to be a part of it. Look forward to seeing the rest of the pictures.
Hi Tony,
Thank you so much for doing such an incredible job from what I've seen so far. I am Kurt's mom and my daughter, Mandy was in the wedding as well. Pictures are so important for an event like this and being able to look back and relive the experience is so wonderful.
Am looking forward to seeing the rest of the pictures. Linda Dierking
Tony,
It was so easy to have you in our home on Saturday afternoon while you photographed the bridesmaids getting ready. You are calm yet confident, a true master of your trade. We look so forward to seeing more of your work. The sample shots are wonderful. Erin is blessed to have found you.
Can't wait to see more.
