Wedding: Tamara & Eddie
Last weekend brought me to Lexington, KY to photograph Tamara and Eddie's wedding. The day started at the Crowne Plaza Hotel with the girls putting on their finishing touches before we made our way to Saint Peter Church for the ceremony. Afterwards it was on to a brief portrait session with the wedding party at Ashland, The Henry Clay Estate and then we headed off to the Signature Club of Landsdowne for the reception. The reception, quite simply, was an absolute blast! Tamara, Eddie and their friends and family tore up the dance floor and I captured some really fun moments. Unfortunately, most of those pictures will have to remain in the couple's private gallery. =)
Oh, and there are a few more pictures on my Facebook page, too!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better photographer! I think after everything was said and done, Tony was the one thing that me, Eddie, my parents, and our friends constantly raved about! He was not only extremely professional throughout all the hectic planning (he's very timely with communication, patient with all my emails, and open to any and all suggestions) but he was also personal in asking how I was doing and how all the planning was coming along. I requested that there be a 2 specific pictures take during my wedding ceremony, unfortunately they would have to be taken simultaneously….I obviously knew Tony couldn’t be in 2 places at once, but I told him I wanted both of the shots and I wasn’t sure if that would work. He simply said he’d figure it out and then when I showed up to the church he had brought an assistant with him so that both pictures would be taken. He didn’t charge me any additional fees, just took it on himself to meet my difficult request. I've always been told that the best photographer is one that you don't even realize is there...this is a very true statement with Tony. He was very attentive to all of our requests and needs throughout the day, but when I got my pictures I realized that there are ones he took, and even though I was front and center, I never even noticed he was taking them. Additionally, we had a huge wedding party of 20 (including Eddie and me) and he was so efficient with getting everyone into their spots, taking the picture, and then moving on to the next picture. Also, he somehow learned 18 stranger’s names within a few hours, which helped tremendously with positioning during the pictures. Not only was the wedding planning and day great with Tony, but he also sent prints of my pictures within only 3 weeks of my wedding! Not only were they wonderful, but I know a couple who were married 1.5 months before us that still haven’t seen a single print from their wedding day. Knowing what I know now following the wedding, if I could go back and choose a photographer all over again, I would pick Tony 100% of the time! Tony, thanks so much for the wonderful experience and pictures….you truly are the best!
