Wedding: Mary Margaret & Jay

Last weekend I was in Santa Rosa, FL to photograph Mary Margaret and Jay's beach wedding. For a November day, it was pretty sunny and warm. Later that evening we went to Eden Gardens State Park for the reception. It was a little cooler at night, but it was nothing a little alcohol and a few outdoor heaters couldn't fix!

Wedding: Linda & Clay

This past Saturday, Linda and Clay's wedding ceremony was held at the Fourth Avenue United Methodist Church in Louisville, KY. Linda and Clay are good friends of Carla and Trevor, a couple whose wedding I also shot--only two weeks before. There were so many guests that attended both weddings--it was great to see so many familiar faces. They're all a great group of people and it was a real pleasure to photograph both weddings.

The reception was later held at the beautiful and historic Seelbach Hilton. Of course, we had to get the shot at the steps of the lobby staircase. It's a classic picture. =)

Wedding: Valerie & Jason

Last weekend Valerie and Jason were married at St. Matthews Baptist Church in Louisville, KY. It was a pretty emotional day, from the first time they saw each other to the great toasts given by the best man and the maid and matron of honor. Also, I have to say I've seen my all-time favorite groom's cake, pictured below. =) The reception was held at the Muhammad Ali Center.
